Job Overview

Looking for an experienced US Individual Tax Manager to handle complex Form 1040 tax returns, tax compliance, and advisory for high-net-worth individuals while managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage US Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040)
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
• Ensure compliance with US tax laws and regulations
• Manage tax returns, workpapers, and quarterly estimates
• Identify tax issues and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with global teams and support client engagements

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in US Taxation
• Strong experience in preparation and review of HNI tax returns (Form 1040)
• Candidates must be from Consulting firms or CPA firms only (No industry/IT/corporate background)
• CPA / CA / EA (Enrolled Agent) certification is mandatory
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Good communication skills and client handling experience
• Experience handling PCS clients (Small & Medium Businesses)
• Experience working directly with US clients or global teams
• Proficiency in tax software such as CCH Axcess / GoSystem
