Job summary

ValGenesis, a leading digital validation platform provider, seeks a Senior QA/QA Lead to direct platform testing strategy and drive automation, security, and performance testing across products.

You will define QA processes, partner with engineering, and deliver metrics‑driven reports to executives, enabling high ROI and cross‑functional excellence in a life sciences context.

Qualifications

• 12-16 years of experience in Enterprise Software Product Engineering (Development/Quality)
• Working experience with Enterprise SaaS product companies
• 6+ years leading/managing multi-discipline activities – manual, automation, performance, and security testing
• Experience with AI‑powered test automation frameworks such as Playwright, TestRigor, etc.
• Experience with security and performance testing tools like BurpSuite, Locust, K6, etc.
• Strong experience in generating and presenting data/metric‑driven reports to executive/C‑level stakeholders
• Self‑drive to achieve team and organizational goals with high ROI
• Result‑oriented collaborator and enabler of success
• Enterprise software experience within the Life Sciences industry and understanding of GxP requirements (preferred)
• Knowledge of cloud‑native, distributed architecture (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, execution, and reporting of ValGenesis’s platform/integration testing activities
• Own the strategic vision and establish the Software QA processes, tools, and frameworks; ensure, monitor, and measure their rollout, adoption, and results
• Advocate and implement lean and efficient working processes, tools, and resources
• Collaborate with engineering and cross‑functional leaders and the development/test teams to achieve continuous quality improvement across all products
• Own and deliver automation, security, performance testing frameworks, tools, and strategies
• Enable the adoption of test automation tools and frameworks during the development phase
• Build tools to monitor and generate metrics for all QA activities, including test definition, execution, results, and production incidents
• Develop and deliver a strategy to fully automate computer software validation for all product releases
• Build and sustain high‑performance teams through hiring, performance, and talent management
