M&G India is seeking a capable BAU support professional to work on Tagetik Consolidation and PPS SII tooling from our Pune/India hub. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex reporting issues during critical cycles and coordinate across teams to align with M&G policies.

You will own incidents end-to-end and contribute to service improvements with vendors. The role requires collaborating with business stakeholders, managing upgrade activities, and maintaining application documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Tagetik or similar consolidation tools.
• Experience in incident management and service improvement.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting cycles (PRA/EIOPA) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide support across Tagetik Consolidation and PPS SII solution tools as part of the BAU (Business As Usual) support team.
• Troubleshoot complex issues raised by users during key reporting cycles for filing to Bank of England (PRA) and EIOPA.
• Coordinate amongst teams (networks / security / workplace etc.) to resolve issues not pointing towards SaaS application, but M&G’s policies.
• Maintain clear ownership of issues through to closure, including timely stakeholder updates, root-cause follow-up and verification that service has been restored.
• Support version upgrades and participate actively in service reviews with vendor.

Keeping yourself up-to date with SaaS product community to be aware of latest events, releases, fixes etc.

Impact assess pre-packaged solutions from Tagetik and make necessary amendments which may include changes in system.

Regular reviews and updates to the application documentation following minor / major enhancements.

Maintain operational knowledge of interface schedules, dependencies, support contacts, control points and recovery procedures.

Act as a key technical contact for application vendors and business stakeholders during incident investigation and service improvement activity.

Evaluate new requirements by coordinating with business stakeholders and manage and co-ordinate the implementation lifecycle.
