Job summary

HITACHI VANTURA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED in Kolhapur is seeking a Senior Manager to provide strategic oversight of audits and develop the audit team. You will lead high-profile engagements, allocate resources, review reports, mentor managers and staff, and engage with clients to discuss results and recommend improvements.

Stay current with industry changes and inform the Reporting Partner of significant issues while ensuring value and excellence in every assignment.

Responsibilities

• Leading high-profile audit engagements and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Allocating resources effectively and overseeing the execution of audit plans.
• Reviewing and signing off on audit reports, focusing on significant findings.
• Providing mentorship and development opportunities for Audit Managers and junior staff.
• Engaging with clients to discuss audit results and recommend process improvements.
• Monitoring industry changes and updating audit methodologies as necessary.
• Ensuring value addition to the client and excellence in every assignment.
• Keeping your knowledge up to date and conduct Seminars/trainings for clients/articles and managers as and when required.
• Informing the Reporting Partner of all the critical/significant issues regarding the clients you are managing.
