Job summary

MRI Software in Gurgaon is seeking a Senior Manager of Managed Services (Property Accounting) to lead the India region team, reporting to the Senior Director of Support. This role drives delivery excellence, people management and cross‑regional collaboration with NA, EMEA and APAC.

The successful candidate will build a scalable, standardized service model, mentor leaders, and partner with global stakeholders to advance policies, training, and performance outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing a global team or equivalent leadership.
• Strong communication, leadership, planning, motivation, and coaching skills.
• Experience with SaaS offerings a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily functions of the India region Managed Services team.
• Lead and develop the India team with a focus on culture and delivery excellence.
• Drive global integration and standardization in India with SOPs and training.
• Collaborate with regional/global leadership for resource management.
• Represent Managed Services India in the broader leadership structure.

Job Description:

MRI Software is seeking a Senior Manager of Managed Services (Property Accounting) to join our team in Gurgaon! This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the India region Managed Services team. The Manager of Managed Services will report directly to the Senior Director of Support in India, with dotted lines to Managed Services Practice Leaders in NA, EMEA, and APAC.

Responsibilities

• Local Managed Services oversight, leadership and people management of Managed Services employees as part of the India Managed Services Global Delivery Center and with planned expansion to support global Managed Services needs that is built for scale;
• Engaging with various Business leaders locally and globally (NA, EMEA, and APAC) to help build and support the Managed Services team in India, with a focus on culture and community, people management, and delivery excellence.
• Drive global integration and standardization in India. Work with Managed Services Department Service Offering Leadership to build a better global infrastructure built for scale through adoption of policies, standard operating procedures, and training/cross-training for India Managed Services teams;
• Working with global and local leadership to ensure commonality of approach as well as working with regional and global leadership for resource management and development;
• Contribute vision and leadership consistent with the MRI’s Services strategic plans and objectives to deliver technology initiatives in support of the growth of the organization;
• Optimizing solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across the Services Departments; and
• Be the Managed Services representative for unique challenges and needs of the Managed Services India team within the broader Managed Services leadership structure.

Knowledge And Skills

• 10+ years plus years’ experience within a Business Management or related field and 5+ years’ experience managing a global team or other relevant leadership experience
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire a team to achieve great things
• Execution: Demonstrated ability to take concrete actions to deliver and inspire
• Polished skills in communication, leadership, planning, motivation, coaching and cross team collaboration
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills
• Collaborator with Problem Solving, ‘Can-do’ Mindset and a client centric focus
• Experience with other business SaaS offerings a plus

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; Masters preferred – and/or relevant qualification and/or relevant experience
