Job summary

PKC Advisory is seeking a senior professional to lead projects in the Process Consulting Practice, delivering governance, risk & control solutions for CFOs, CROs and compliance teams across clients. The position requires CA or MBA from a premier institute with 7+ years of relevant experience, exposure to the Middle East, and openness to travel to the MENA region for client meetings and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in Process Consulting, delivering governance and risk solutions to CFOs, CROs and compliance teams
• Develop and update policies, SOPs and procedures with risk assessments and controls
• Conduct risk-based internal audits and review internal controls
• Undertake enterprise-wide risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies (RCSAs, RCMS)
• Support ToD/ToE exercises and ICoFR reviews with appropriate controls
• Conceptualise and develop new service offerings for evolving client needs
• Manage client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals
• Open to travel to MENA region for client meetings and project execution

About Position:

Senior Position in Process Consulting Practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Project Execution: Lead projects related to Process Consulting practice, demonstrating knowledge and experience to clients across the following indicative areas:
• Corporate governance framework and related regulatory documents for the Board and Management
• Develop or update policies and procedure manuals/ SOPs after critically analysing processes, assessing risks, and evaluating controls while adhering to industry best practices. Utilize relevant and emerging tools for the same for enhanced efficiencies.
• Conduct risk-based internal audits and review internal controls
• Undertake enterprise-wide risk assessment and provide risk mitigation strategies. Undertake RCSAs, prepare RCMs.
• Undertake ICoFR reviews by assessing existing business processes and recommending suitable controls to mitigate the identified gaps including undertaking ToD and ToE exercises.
• Any other evolving services in Process Consulting; and other value-added services to CFOs, CROs, CIAs and Compliance teams of the clients.
• New Service Areas: Proactively conceptualise and develop new service offerings meeting the evolving needs of the clients and prepare pre-sales pitches, approach papers, point of views, articles, videos, etc.
• Project Management: Understand client requirements, collaboratively develop detailed project plan, manage, execute projects with the team, ensuring timely delivery as per agreed project timelines and client satisfaction, invoicing and collection of fees.
• Talent Development: Active involvement in recruitment, team building and mentoring to develop subordinates
• Stakeholder Engagement: Manage client relationships with the objective of securing repeat business and referrals. Also engage/ liaison with other internal and external stakeholders such as design team, subject matter experts/ freelancers, etc.
• Any other support that may be required from time to time for the development and growth of the practice.
• Open to travel to MENA Region for client meetings and project execution.

Qualification and Experience requirements:

• CA/ MBA from a premier institute
• 7+ years of post-qualification relevant experience with a suitable mix of consulting and industry experience.
• Diverse sectoral experience. Any experience with Financial Services sector will be a plus.
• Experience in the middle east region will be a plus.
• Exact position shall be ascertained basis the qualification, relevant experience and internal benchmarking.
