Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading teams.

• Strong architectural acumen across scalability, resiliency, observability, and performance engineering.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven platform capabilities and large-scale consumer platforms.

Required Qualifications

Technical Excellence

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architectures, Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern data technologies.
• Proven success building and scaling high-throughput, low-latency platforms serving millions of customers.
• Strong architectural acumen across scalability, resiliency, observability, and performance engineering.
• Passionate about technology with the ability to dive deep into code, influence design decisions, and drive engineering excellence.
• Knowledge of DORA, SPACE, and modern engineering productivity frameworks.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven platform capabilities.
• Background in marketplace, ecommerce, fintech, or large-scale consumer platforms.
