NVIDIA in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Network Delivery and Security practice. You will guide data center, labs, and office networks, drive secure-by-design architecture, and strengthen automation across regional teams.

You will mentor engineers, manage vendor relationships, and ensure projects align with regulatory and security standards while delivering on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 12 years of experience building and managing large-scale hybrid networks with 6 years in leadership.
• Proven track record delivering multi-site network programs on time and within budget.
• Solid knowledge of network security principles and their implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead network delivery for data centers, labs, and offices from build through validation.
• Champion architectural standards to maintain alignment and resolve deviations early.
• Contribute to technology choices by evaluating delivery, cost and operability; ensure approved tech is implemented.
• Develop secure networks by applying InfoSec policies and keeping docs up to date.
• Drive automation in network infrastructure and CI/CD initiatives.
• Hire, develop, and mentor engineering teams across regions and time zones.
• Coordinate capital-funded programs and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into delivery plans and metrics.
