Qualifications

• BE / MCA / BCA / B-Tech / M-Tech / MSc IT / BSc IT or related IT qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Audit Management and Efficiency: SPOC for all internal and external IT Audits.
• Compliance Tracker Integrity: own the master tracker for regulatory circulars and policy requirements.
• ATR Resolution and Governance: lead ATR process with >95% on-time closure.
• Committee and Board Support: prepare and distribute SCOT and board agendas.

Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Only mumbai candidates are preferred)

Qualification: BE / MCA / BCA / B-Tech / M -Tech / M.sc - IT / B.sc - IT / Other related qualifications in Technology.

Experience:

10+ Years in IT GRC or IT Audit, preferably within an MII (Exchanges, Depositories, etc) or a large scale financial service provider.

Domain: Exposure to Exchange / Clearing / Risk Domain logic is highly preferred.

Key Responisibilities

1. Audit Management and Efficiency: Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all internal and external IT Audits.
2. Compliance Tracker Integrity: Own and manage the master compliance tracker, serving as the definitive log for regulatory circulars, audit observations and internal policy requirements.
3. ATR Resolution and Governance: Lead the action taken report (ATR) process, achieving a >95% on time closure rate.
4. Committee and Board Support: Manage the preparation and distribution of standing committee on technology (SCOT) and board agendas.
