Job summary

• Identify areas of potential risk that maybe faced by Airport BU while entering into agreements with vendors and specific third parties.
• Monitor key trends in the regulatory and statutory environment for their impact on Airport BU and suggest an action plan for addressing them.
• Provide legal advice on various customer contracts that business may enter into.
• Provide legal advice in structuring and drafting/vetting of all contracts and other documents relating to business and assist in associated negotiations.
• Assist in evaluations and conducting thorough due diligence for all deals and transactions, highlight concern areas and recommend risk mitigation strategies / options.
• Provide legal advice in structuring and drafting/vetting of all contracts and other documents relating to business and assist in associated negotiations.
• Manage customer contracts and the interests of business through appropriate correspondence and communiqués.

Legal Support In Litigation Cases

• Manage Mumbai Airport litigation and disputes and brief external counsel.
• Interface with advocates and solicitors on the behalf of Airport BU to handle litigation, obtain legal advice and legal services.
• External interface with customers and business partners on all issues of disputes and policy interpretation.
• Resolve long standing pending cases and negotiate out-of-court settlements for the identified cases.
