Job summary

NetAmbit is seeking a seasoned Information Security leader and SME to architect, govern, and evolve our enterprise security technology landscape from Delhi. You will bridge cybersecurity strategy and technical execution to keep our infrastructure resilient against evolving threats while enabling business growth.

As General Manager - InfoSec Technology, you will own the security stack (SIEM, EDR, DLP, IAM, cloud security) and drive a 3-year roadmap, standards, and board-level metrics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Cybersecurity / Information Security.
• Experience in Security Architecture, Engineering or Security Technology Leadership.
• Hands-on with Cloud Security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Hybrid Infrastructure.
• Ability to translate technical risk into business decisions.
• Experience collaborating with developers, security teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise security technology stack including SIEM, EDR, DLP, IAM and Cloud Security.

General Manager - InfoSec Technology

As General Manager - InfoSec Technology, you will bridge the gap between cybersecurity strategy and technical execution, ensuring our infrastructure stays resilient against emerging threats while enabling business growth.

What You’ll Drive

Security Technology Leadership (SME)

• Own the enterprise security technology stack including SIEM, EDR, DLP, IAM and Cloud Security
• Lead architecture decisions, tool selection, and integrations across hybrid environments
• Provide expert guidance to IT teams to ensure security is embedded by design

Security Strategy & Governance

• Develop and execute a 3-year security technology roadmap aligned with business growth
• Define and enforce enterprise security standards and “Golden Image” configurations
• Translate complex technical insights into board-level KPIs and risk metrics
• Lead deep-dive technical risk assessments for infrastructure and third-party integrations
• Ensure alignment with global standards such as ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST, GDPR
• Drive technical readiness for security audits and automate evidence collection
• Partner with Security Operations to optimize detection, response and threat intelligence
• Lead vulnerability management strategy and prioritize remediation based on risk impact
• Ensure security tooling supports rapid incident response and minimal operational noise

• 8+ years in Cybersecurity / Information Security
• Strong experience in Security Architecture, Engineering or Security Technology Leadership
• Hands-on expertise with Cloud Security (AWS / Azure / GCP) and Hybrid Infrastructure
• Proven ability to translate technical risk into business decisions
• Comfortable engaging with developers, security teams, and executive leadership
