Job summary

Rippling is seeking an experienced Treasury leader in Bengaluru to own end-to-end treasury operations, drive regulatory compliance, and build robust controls. You will manage a team of senior analysts, design policies, and partner with finance/legal/product/engineering to enable scalable growth.

The role requires 8+ years of financial experience, strong communication, and a proactive, self-starting mindset in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a treasury function at a fast paced technology company.
• Minimum 8 years of financial experience.
• People management experience.
• Organized, extremely attentive to details, and intellectually rigorous.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact banking initiatives — onboarding, KYC, account structuring, account signers, portal management, treasury payments, and bank partner economics.
• Build global treasury reporting and KPIs, establishing clear metrics and dashboards to treasury performance, and present findings and opportunities to senior Finance management
• Design and maintain a strong internal control environment, ensuring accurate fund flows, secure access, and adherence to operational and regulatory standards.
• Manage a team of senior Treasury analysts.
• Establish and formalize treasury policies, procedures, and escalation paths to ensure maturity, consistency, and audit readiness across all treasury operations.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, internal governance processes, and industry best practices across all jurisdictions where we operate.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, product, and engineering teams to drive alignment and deliver best-in-class treasury support for the business.
• Own the treasury ops roadmap and execute on key initiatives that strengthen our banking infrastructure, and support future business scale
