• Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to streamline client operations and enhance efficiency
• Overseeing delivery teams and managing performance to meet client expectations and service level agreements
• Implementing process optimization strategies to improve managed services tools and workflows
• Utilizing project management skills to coordinate and deliver complex service management projects
• Applying systems thinking to identify and address underlying problems and opportunities within managed services
• Directing teams through challenging situations, maintaining composure and providing strategic guidance
• Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages to stakeholders, confirming alignment and understanding
• Validating outcomes with clients, incorporating feedback to refine service delivery and performance
• Developing and sustaining diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams through coaching and mentorship
• Managing budgetary aspects of service delivery, confirming cost-effective solutions and resource allocation
