Job summary

Kroll's Mumbai team seeks a Senior Manager for Construction Expert Services to lead complex delay analyses, disruption and construction claims on major infrastructure projects. You will oversee forensic schedule analyses and review contracts, schedules, and contemporaneous documents.

You will develop client deliverables, support expert witnesses, and present findings to senior stakeholders while helping grow the practice through proposals and fee submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of construction industry experience with focus on construction claims, delay analysis, or dispute resolution.
• Excellent analytical, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and business development capability.
• Professional certifications such as PSP, PMP, MRICS/FRICS, CFCC, or equivalent would be advantageous.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Support expert witnesses and legal teams in arbitration, litigation, adjudication, and mediation proceedings.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders, legal counsel, and project teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, law firms, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for new engagements and contribute to business development, proposals, and fee submissions.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, seminars, and professional forums to enhance market visibility and thought leadership.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and leadership of the Construction Expert Services practice.

We’re looking for a Senior Manager to support our Expert Services team. You will work on engagements related to financial securities matters, economic damages analyses, forensic accounting matters, investigative services, and other dispute consulting.
