Job summary

Vodafone VOIS is seeking a skilled Enterprise Mobility professional to own end‑to‑end MDM/MAM delivery, security, and continuous improvement. The role focuses on secure access, high service reliability, and positive end‑user experiences across the organisation.

You will design lifecycle policies, manage deployments, and advise on mobility governance while collaborating with global teams and audits. Strong Intune and Apple/Android ecosystems experience is required.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and enterprise mobility ecosystems.
• Experience with Apple ecosystem (ABM, APNS, Apple Developer Portal) and Android Enterprise environments.

About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled enterprise mobility professional to own and drive the end-to-end delivery, security, and continuous improvement of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) services. This role is responsible for ensuring secure access to corporate resources, maintaining high service reliability, and delivering an optimal end-user experience while adhering to security and compliance standards across the organisation.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement service changes, enhancements, and deployments
• Plan and execute patching, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning activities
• Design and manage device compliance, configuration, and application protection policies
• Implement Conditional Access policies to enforce secure access to applications and data
• Manage end-to-end device lifecycle including enrolment, monitoring, and decommissioning
• Oversee application lifecycle including onboarding, publishing, updates, and retirement
• Manage enterprise mobile application distribution via platforms such as Intune Company Portal, Google Managed Play Store, and Apple App Store
• Administer Apple Developer Portal, ensuring timely maintenance of certificates and provisioning profiles
• Conduct proof of concepts and hands-on testing to evaluate new solutions and validate performance
• Provide subject matter expertise for mobility platforms, especially Microsoft Intune
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Improve service quality, operational efficiency, and overall user experience
• Support audits by providing evidence and ensuring compliance with governance standards
• Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation plans, and service design artefacts
• Mentor team members and share best practices to enhance delivery quality
• Perform effort estimation and contribute to budget planning aligned with project objectives

Who you are

• Strong expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM)
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Intune and enterprise mobility ecosystems
• Experience with Apple ecosystem (ABM, APNS, Apple Developer Portal) and Android Enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience in migrations, upgrades, and enterprise-scale deployments
• Familiarity with additional UEM platforms such as Workspace ONE or MobileIron is advantageous
• Strong understanding of mobility security, compliance, and conditional access frameworks
• Ability to manage platform lifecycle, governance, and operational processes
• Proven capability in technical solution design and architecture
• Strong collaboration, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience supporting audits, governance processes, and compliance requirements
• Financial awareness with the ability to contribute to resource and budget management
