The Senior Manager, End User Compute (EUC) Asset Management role defines and leads LSEG's global end-user hardware lifecycle strategy along with related operations and services. The role is accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle of our End User Computing (EUC) estate, comprising of laptops, MacBooks, monitors, peripherals and mobile devices, including governance, financial management and operational and service performance.
The role leads globally distributed teams responsible for Request Fulfilment and Asset Management and serves as the process owner for our key EUC services.
The successful candidate will use data-driven decision-making to drive operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, audit readiness and sustainability initiatives across our estate of more than 30,000 laptops, making it one of the organisation's largest technology asset portfolios!
Working closely with Technology, Finance, Procurement, Compliance and Facilities teams, along with strategic suppliers, the role will help us ensure we deliver an excellent hardware experience for employees globally.
