As part of the Technology team of the Innovative Medicine Transcend SAP S/4HANA Program, this role is accountable for working with a team of functional experts to drive solution integration across supply chain & finance functions, ensuring that solutions support end-to-end business processes throughout the Design, Build, Test, and Go-Live phases.
The leader will own end-to-end integrated solution delivery across all IM Transcend releases, ensuring alignment with the overall integration strategy, business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, SAP best practices, and intercompany process requirements. This role is accountable for managing cross-functional dependencies, facilitating issue and defect resolution, and proactively identifying and mitigating integration risks.
Success in this role requires strong partnership across business and technology stakeholder groups to develop a deep understanding of solution design, integration touchpoints, and process dependencies. The leader will drive prioritization of integration issues, coordinate root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution to maintain solution quality and release readiness.
This individual must leverage a refined, multi-functional tool-set of business expertise, technical knowledge, and digital acumen to effectively interact with a breadth of value stream leads, IT leads, business stakeholders and global template owners. The successful candidate must be able to engage and operate with program teams at an execution level, as well as with senior leadership at a strategic level.
