Key Responsibilities Of Role

• Execution of Architectural Designs: Manage the execution of design tasks, including creating and updating architectural drawings and models.
• Implement revisions and modifications based on feedback from design reviews, stakeholder inputs and changes in project scope.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of design components and adherence to project deadlines.

Site Inspection And Construction Support

• Conduct site inspections including surveys and assessments to support design development and document findings.
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of site conditions and design requirements.
• Integrate site analysis findings into design plans and models.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a point of contact between the design team and other project stakeholders to address design-related queries and provide updates.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings to communicate design progress and gather feedback.
• Collect and incorporate feedback from stakeholders into design work to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements.

Project Documentation And Compliance

• Support the preparation of design reports, presentations, and other project documentation for internal and external review.
• Ensure that all project documentation is up‑to‑date, organized, and accurately reflects the current status of the project.
• Ensure that all project documentation complies with project standards, regulatory requirements and organizational guidelines.

Risk Assessment And Management

• Assist in identifying potential risks related to design and construction processes, including safety, environmental impacts, and operational disruptions.
• Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies to address and manage identified risks effectively.

Feasibility Study And Analysis

• Participate in feasibility studies to evaluate the viability of design proposals, focusing on technical specifications, cost implications, and potential risks.
• Analyze study results and assist in refining design plans to ensure they are practical, cost‑effective, and aligned with airport development goals.
