Job summary

InMobi is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Marketing based in Bengaluru to lead the group-level narrative, plan flagship events, and shape content across InMobi's ecosystem (InMobi Advertising and Glance).

You will partner with regional marketing teams and global leaders to deliver one cohesive voice, manage budgets, and mentor a team of marketers, writers, and producers.

Responsibilities

• Translate the group narrative into clear messaging, proof points, and content frameworks that every corporate programme draws on.
• Ensure events and content speak in one consistent group voice, across businesses and regions.
• Partner with the wider Corporate Marketing team to carry the group voice across channels.
• Own the strategy, planning, and delivery of large-scale corporate events, including flagship group events, leadership forums, industry summits, and employee-facing moments.
• Ensure each event brings the businesses together on one stage and gives audiences a single, coherent view of the group.
• Manage event agencies, vendors, and budgets, and coordinate delivery across time zones and markets.
• Extend the life of every event through content, social amplification, and follow-up with the audiences it was designed for.
• Set the editorial direction for corporate content, including long-form articles, leadership perspectives, thought-leadership pieces, case studies, and video.
• Direct the writers, designers, and video producers who create corporate content, and maintain quality standards across everything published under the group name.
• Develop reusable content assets, such as the corporate story and event collateral, that regional and business teams can adopt.
• Work with the InMobi Advertising and Glance marketing teams and with regional, talent, finance, and engineering teams across the world to maintain a consistent group presence while reflecting local relevance.
• Act as the point of coordination for corporate marketing programmes across stakeholders, setting clear timelines, owners, and approvals.
• Lead and develop a team of marketers, content creators, designers, and producers.
• Set priorities, workflows, and quality standards for the programmes the team delivers.
• Manage agency and external partnerships across events, content, creative, and production.
• Define KPIs across event reach and outcomes, content performance, and brand sentiment.
• Use analytics and audience feedback to refine programmes and report to senior leadership.

What is the role about?

The Senior Manager, Corporate Marketing is a group-level position based in Bengaluru, reporting to the Global Head of Corporate Marketing. "Group level" means the role represents the InMobi Group as a whole, rather than any single business. The incumbent is responsible for turning the group narrative into the flagship events and content through which the group is seen and heard.

The role is primarily B2B in focus. The incumbent’s purpose is to shape how the InMobi Group is perceived by the audiences that matter most to its long-term standing: prospective talent, investors, the technology community, and industry thought leaders.

The incumbent will be the senior operator in the Corporate Marketing team: a leader who plans, builds, and delivers. The role works closely with the entire Corporate Marketing team and with the InMobi Advertising and Glance marketing teams, and across teams around the world, including leadership, engineering, product, design, talent, finance, and regional marketing functions. The incumbent owns the work from the first idea to the last outcome, including the flagship events that carry the group narrative and the content and creative that bring it to life.

What will you be doing?

What is expected out of you?

• 10-12 years of experience in corporate marketing, communications, content, or brand, within technology, media, or high‑growth environments, including at least 3 years leading people or large programmes.
• Strong B2B experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, adtech, or martech, with a record of building influence among professional and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience planning and delivering large‑scale corporate events or flagship platforms, from concept to outcome.
• Excellent writing and editorial skills, with a clear, intelligent, and credible voice.
• Experience in video and visual storytelling, and in directing creative and content teams.
• Experience working with stakeholders across regions and time zones, including senior leadership.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and budgets.
• Strategic thinking combined with strong execution.
• Curiosity, courage, initiative, and accountability: the ability to act without waiting for perfect conditions and to learn quickly when an attempt does not succeed.
