Role Overview

As Senior Manager for Clinical Data Solutions (CDS), you will lead a team of System Managers and System Specialists responsible for a portfolio of GxP and non-GxP systems that support clinical data operations. You will ensure lifecycle management, compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the system portfolio - translating business priorities into clear operational plans while partnering with senior R&D leaders and cross-functional stakeholders globally.

Your skills & qualifications

Were looking for a senior leader who thrives in complex, regulated environments and knows how to balance operational rigour with people development. Youll bring with you:

• An advanced degree (Masters preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Substantial leadership experience (typically 10+ years) with at least several years in senior management directing multiple technical teams in complex environments; experience supporting R&D organisations is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of IT system management, service operations, compliance requirements, lifecycle management, and operational governance in regulated (GxP) settings
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate vendors, manage service levels, and drive operational improvements within agreed budgets and plans
• Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and negotiation skills - with the ability to explain complex technical issues simply, align diverse stakeholders, and resolve conflicts constructively
• A leadership style rooted in coaching, accountability, and empathy - with experience growing diverse teams and fostering knowledge-sharing cultures
