Job summary

M&G India, part of M&G Global Services, seeks a CDI+ Reporting Accountant based in Mumbai to strengthen Life Financial Reporting / FRCO processes. You will build and operate controlled, repeatable reporting workflows with emphasis on balance sheet reporting and disclosures.

The role collaborates with Finance, Actuarial, Technology and Tax teams to translate product and actuarial requirements into accounting processes, supporting testing, documentation and transition to business-as-usual

CDI+ Reporting Accountant is an experienced finance reporting role within Life Financial Reporting / FRCO, based in Mumbai. The role focuses on building and operating controlled, repeatable reporting processes for CDI+, with responsibility for balance sheet reporting, reconciliations, journals, disclosures, controls, and management information. It requires working closely with Finance, Actuarial, Technology, Investment Operations, Tax, product, and administration teams to translate product and actuarial requirements into practical accounting processes. The role also supports testing, implementation, documentation, handover, and transition from change activity into sustainable business-as-usual reporting, with a strong focus on data quality, governance, automation, and effective escalation of risks or issues.
