Aon is seeking a Senior Manager for Capacity Management in Gurgaon. You will lead the design and day-to-day operation of workforce planning, translating demand, volumes, and seasonality into staffing plans, while owning forecasting models and advanced Excel analytics.
You will partner with Operations, Finance, HR, and leaders to improve forecast accuracy, optimize capacity, and drive clear workforce decisions and scenarios.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience. Workforce Management certification Advanced Excel / Power BI certification.
12 plus years of experience including 8 plus years in workforce management, forecasting, or capacity planning within complex operations / GCC / shared services

The Capacity Management Senior Manager will lead the design and day-to-day operation of workforce planning for assigned businesses. The role converts demand, volumes, productivity, shrinkage, service levels, and seasonality into robust staffing and capacity plans, while maintaining hands‑on ownership of forecasting models and advanced Excel-based analytics. The incumbent will partner with Operations, Finance, HR, and business leaders to improve forecast accuracy, optimize capacity, and provide clear workforce decisions and scenarios
