Role & Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the sales budget and portfolio profitability across all product groups sourced through partner channels at the assigned location.
  • Manage sales and growth of General Insurance products, including Home Insurance, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, and other related products.
  • Ensure achievement of business targets, profitability metrics, and portfolio quality in line with organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular and timely training for partner channel members on:
    • New product launches
    • Process changes and rollouts
    • Compliance and underwriting norms
  • Deliver refresher training modules to improve partner productivity and product understanding.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner channels at the location, ensuring strong day-to-day relationship management.
  • Monitor partner performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve business outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, underwriting, claims, and finance) to ensure smooth business execution.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in Team Handling and Team Building within a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong Relationship Management and partner engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated sales experience with sound product knowledge in General Insurance.
  • Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams.
  • Good understanding of the General Insurance industry, products, processes, and partner-based distribution models.
  • Strong communication, training, and presentation skills.
  • Result-oriented with the ability to work independently at a location level.
