We are seeking seasoned Business Development professionals with strong experience in IT solutions selling, with proven expertise as a domain specialist in any one of the following industry sectors: Airlines, Airports, Transportation, Logistics, Hospitality, Telecom, BFSI, or Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Sales & Domain-led Business Acquisition
- Drive end-to-end sales for AIonOS solutions within your specific domain of expertise.
- Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise accounts in the assigned sector.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline across regional and global markets.
2. IT AI Solution Selling
- Understand customer challenges, industry dynamics, and regulatory context of the chosen domain.
- Lead discovery discussions, value proposition articulation, and business case creation.
- Partner with pre-sales, solution, and delivery teams to craft customised proposals.
3. Revenue Ownership & Governance
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Ensure accurate pipeline reporting, CRM updates, and forecast discipline.
- Manage RFPs, RFIs, commercial negotiations, contracting, and closure.
- Build relationships with decision-makers across procurement, digital, IT, operations, and business functions.
- Grow accounts through up-selling and cross-selling aligned to AIonOS service and product portfolio.
- Represent AIonOS at industry events, forums, and partner engagements.

Domain Expertise
- Experience in selling IT solutions specifically within any one of the following sectors: Airlines, Airports, Transportation, Logistics, Hospitality, Telecom, BFSI, Healthcare.
- Strong understanding of business processes, challenges, and industry trends in the chosen domain.
Solution Selling Competencies
- Demonstrated success selling solutions in:
- AI and automation
- Digital transformation
- Data engineering and analytics
- Enterprise applications and managed services
- Ability to design pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations.
