Job description
Engineering Change Management (ECM)
  • Implement ECM processes through software applications for efficient tracking and execution.
  • Simplify and optimize manufacturing processes by integrating engineering changes seamlessly.
Industrialization of New Design Configurations
  • Convert Design BOM (Bill of Materials) into Engineering and Production BOM.
  • Ensure smooth transition from design to manufacturing for new product configurations.
Material Master & Documentation
  • Update material master data as per revised manufacturing processes.
  • Create and release unfold drawings for production.
  • Prepare standard specification documents for internal and external use.
Techno-Commercial Engagement
  • Participate in discussions with consultants, customers, and internal teams (Sales, Business Development).
  • Review tender specifications and requirements; support franchisees in preparing optimized quotes.
  • Assist in "spec-in" activities to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
Approvals & Compliance
  • Work closely with Sales and BD teams to obtain necessary approvals from TI (Technical Institution or relevant authority).
Cost Optimization
  • Review current offerings and initiate cost optimization or cost reduction projects to improve competitiveness.
