The Senior Manager, AI Engineering leads the operational backbone and technical direction of our AI/GenAI delivery team. This is a hybrid role: part disciplined work-management leader who owns Jira hygiene, sprint planning, and estimation accuracy, and part hands-on technical leader who stays credible in modern AI/ML and GenAI engineering. The ideal candidate is as comfortable running a backlog grooming session as evaluating an LLM pipeline, and can turn shifting business priorities into a well-groomed, accurately estimated, and predictably delivered roadmap.
