Talent Hired-the Job Store is seeking an internal audit professional to plan and execute risk-based audits across manufacturing plants, corporate functions, finance, supply chain, procurement, inventory, projects, and IT processes. The role includes evaluating controls, testing IFCs, and identifying remediation opportunities.

The candidate will investigate irregularities, monitor closure of observations, and contribute to sustainable risk mitigation.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute risk-based internal audit assignments covering manufacturing plants, corporate functions, finance, supply chain, procurement, inventory, projects, and IT processes.
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, identify control gaps, and recommend practical remediation measures.
• Perform Internal Financial Controls (IFC) testing, including assessment of control design and operating effectiveness.
• Conduct reviews of business processes to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost savings, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Audit manufacturing and operational processes including production, maintenance, logistics, inventory management, and project execution.
• Execute IT audits covering SAP S/4HANA controls, IT General Controls (ITGCs), user access management, segregation of duties, and application controls.
• Conduct investigations into frauds, policy violations, whistleblower complaints, and other irregularities, including root cause analysis and corrective action recommendations.
• Monitor, track, and independently validate closure of audit observations and control deficiencies, ensuring timely remediation and sustainable risk mitigation.
