Job summary

Infinx in Hyderabad is seeking a Workforce Management specialist to develop capacity plans aligned with forecasted demand and business needs. You will monitor workload, track headcount against targets, and collaborate with Operations, HR, and Recruitment to balance staffing with demand.

The role requires strong WFM knowledge, advanced Excel, SQL, and BI tooling, with excellent analytical and stakeholder management abilities to drive data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workforce Management (WFM), capacity planning and forecasting principles in the Revenue Cycle Management space.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Power Query; data analysis proficiency.
• SQL for data extraction and analysis; knowledge of Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools.

Job description

• Develop short-term and long-term capacity plans based on forecasted demand and business requirements.
• Monitor and analyze inflow, outflow, and workload volumes to ensure optimal workforce utilization.
• Track headcount against approved targets and identify staffing surpluses or shortages. Perform capacity gap analysis and recommend hiring, redeployment, scheduling, or productivity improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Recruitment teams to align workforce plans with business needs.

Position Specific Skills

• Strong understanding of Workforce Management (WFM), capacity planning, and forecasting principles in the Revenue Cycle Management space
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis. Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis. Knowledge of Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools for dashboard development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
