Job summary

SS Eduks Management is seeking an experienced OpenText ECM lead to coordinate requirement gathering, design integrations between OpenText xECM and SAP S/4HANA, and manage document lifecycle within EPC contexts.

The role requires overseeing a team of OpenText consultants across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with business needs, and delivering training and ongoing support while monitoring system performance for enhancements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience with OpenText ECM and xECM.
• Experience with SAP integration.
• Experience in enterprise content management in engineering/construction.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

• Implement and configure OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) and Engineering Add-on for SAP environments.
• Design and execute integration strategies between OpenText xECM and SAP S/4HANA modules.
• Coordination with OpenText implementation partner for development, implementation and support
• Manage document lifecycle, workflow automation, and records management within the EPC context.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText ECM, OpenText xECM implementation, preferably with SAP integration.
• Familiarity with OpenText Engineering Add-on functionalities.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and interfaces.
• Experience in enterprise content management in large-scale engineering or construction projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and geographical locations.
