Job summary

PwC's Oracle Services Practice is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Oracle Fusion technical deliverables for ERP/SaaS/PaaS implementations. The role requires hands-on design, development, and leadership across the full SDLC, mentoring junior team members, and coordinating with functional consultants to meet business requirements.

Location is flexible (Anywhere). The ideal candidate will have deep Oracle Fusion Applications expertise, multiple full cloud implementations, and strong SQL/PLSQL

Qualifications

Extensive experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion SaaS/PaaS project implementations.
Completed at least 2 full Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Implementations.
Extensive knowledge of database structure for ERP/Oracle Cloud (Fusion) and BI Publisher reports, FBDI/OTBI Cloud, and Oracle Integration (OIC).
Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Database SQL and PL/SQL.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
Participate in SDLC from requirements to deployment and stay updated on Oracle technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Fusion technical deliverables on client projects.
Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality of technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the team.
Contribute to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to ensure on-time delivery.

Participating in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Staying up-to-date with emerging Oracle technologies and best practices, and providing recommendations to clients for new technology solutions.
Providing input into project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Communicating effectively with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure that technical solutions are delivered on-time and within budget.
