• Lead end-to-end data science and analytics projects, from problem definition and research design to insights and recommendations.
• Design and support primary research studies, including research objectives, hypotheses, questionnaires, sampling approaches, and analytical frameworks.
• Analyze survey and primary research data to identify trends, patterns, customer preferences, behaviors, and key drivers.
• Apply statistical techniques such as hypothesis testing, regression, correlation, segmentation, factor analysis, cluster analysis, and significance testing.
• Develop predictive and machine learning models where appropriate to support business decision-making.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, transformation, exploratory data analysis, and statistical interpretation.
• Design and analyze customer/market surveys, employee surveys, NPS/CSAT studies, brand research, and market research datasets.
• Develop analytical frameworks to measure customer satisfaction, loyalty, preferences, purchase behavior, market perception, and other business KPIs.
• Identify relationships and patterns across demographic, behavioral, transactional, and survey variables.
• Lead the creation of dashboards, reports, data visualizations, and executive-level insights.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Work closely with business, market research, product, technology, and data engineering teams.
• Ensure research methodology, data quality, statistical validity, and analytical rigor.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Science Manager with strong expertise in data science, statistical analysis, primary research, and survey-based analytics. • Experience with market research, customer research, consumer insights, or similar research programs is preferred.

Business Stakeholder Management
