Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full stack AI/ML solutions from backend services, code security and generative AI capabilities to frontend experiences that users love.
• Own features end-to-end: design the solution, implement the logic, and iterate based on user feedback.
• Experiment rapidly and learn - your ideas shape what gets built next.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to learn best practices in system design and scalability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver features aligned with business goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• ~3 years of experience building end-to-end features (backend, frontend, or both) - internships, personal projects, and startup work count.
• Strong programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Python, React, Java, or Go).
• Hands‑on experience or genuine interest in Agentic AI, LLMs, or data science - you're excited to learn and experiment.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices.
• You move fast, iterate, and aren't afraid to challenge assumptions. You see problems and ship solutions.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI frameworks (LangGraph, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex).
• Personal or open-source projects that showcase your technical curiosity.
• A problem‑solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
