Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, with deep expertise in Benefits.
• Ability to independently design and deliver Workday configuration solutions.
• Experience supporting production Workday environments, including troubleshooting and configuration changes in live systems.
• Experience supporting global or multi-country Workday deployments.
• Familiarity with Workday business process frameworks, security considerations, and reporting impacts related to Time and Absence.
