Job summary

Dover is seeking a Senior Lead - Research Scientist for its Bangalore hybrid role. You will lead a team of domain experts to develop prognostic solutions across a diversified product portfolio, coordinating with internal and external partners and stakeholders to deliver viable, scalable outcomes.

You will build project proposals with robust business cases, identify suitable sensors, and design DAQ architectures for condition-based maintenance while advancing data-driven and physics-driven

Qualifications

• Experience with condition monitoring solutions for mechanical/electromechanical systems.
• Experience with developing AI and ML models.
• Experience with temperature, pressure, strain, composition, vibration, current and noise sensors; various sensor technologies.
• Experience with setting up labs and facilities for data acquisition.
