Job summary

Anveta Manpower Solutions is seeking a Senior Kafka Lead / Senior Kafka Engineer to design, implement and support Kafka-based streaming solutions on Azure. This role offers remote work with IST timing alignment and strong emphasis on real-time data processing.

You will configure Kafka topics, integrate with SQL Server, .NET/C#, Salesforce or MDM, and lead a team through complex issue resolution while ensuring security and scalability.

Hiring: Senior Kafka Lead / Senior Kafka Engineer | Remote

We are looking for a Senior Kafka Lead / Senior Kafka Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Apache Kafka, Azure, and Enterprise Integration.

Work Mode: Remote

Timings: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM IST

What Youll Be Doing

• Design, develop, implement & support Kafka-based real-time streaming solutions on Azure
• Configure and manage Kafka topics, partitions, producers, consumers, consumer groups, offsets & replication
• Build integrations with SQL/SQL Server, .NET/C#, Salesforce & MDM platforms
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure Kafka reliability, scalability & high availability
• Perform monitoring, performance tuning, capacity planning & optimization
• Implement Kafka best practices around security, fault tolerance & scalability
• Collaborate with application, data, cloud & integration teams
• Handle production support, incident management, RCA & complex issue resolution
• Lead technical discussions and guide/mentor team members
• Contribute to solution design and event-driven integration strategies

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
• Kafka implementation, development, configuration & troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of Kafka architecture
• Experience with Azure Cloud
• Integration experience with SQL/SQL Server, .NET/C#, Salesforce or MDM

Preferred Profile

Candidates with strong Kafka + Azure + Enterprise Integration experience will be preferred. MuleSoft experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
