Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u seeks a Senior Java/Kotlin Developer for a 12-month contract in Gurgaon. You will work night shift (7pm–4am IST) and design scalable backend systems using Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and modern frontend tools when needed.

We value experience with REST/GraphQL, Kafka, AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. You will guide junior teammates, contribute to architecture, and help improve development practices within an Agile team.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in designing scalable end-to-end solutions.
• Proficient with Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.
• Strong frontend tooling knowledge: Webpack, ESLint, Cypress, Jest, Babel, NPM/Yarn.
• Experience with relational databases and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• JUnit, Mockito, and CI/CD pipelines with Docker, Jenkins, Git, GitHub.
• Familiar with Kotlin and willing to work with it.
• Agile methodologies with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• B2+ English level for daily team communication.

IF YOU ARE

• Demonstrating 12+ years of experience in designing scalable and robust technical solutions end-to-end
• Experienced with Java using Spring Boot, JavaScript, TypeScript, React
• Proficient with modern frontend build and test tooling (Webpack, ESlint, Cypress, Jest, Babel, NPM/Yarn)
• Experienced with relational databases
• Consuming, developing, and integrating Web applications and APIs (REST, GraphQL, Apollo)
• Proficient in unit testing with JUnit, Mockito, and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Jenkins, Git, GitHub)
• Familiar with Kotlin and willing to work with it
• Accustomed to working under Agile methodologies
• Possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrating B2+ English level (written and spoken) to cover daily communication with the team
