The Opportunity

We expect all our engineers to be hands‑on in development across all experience levels. As a Full‑Stack Engineer, you will demonstrate a deep understanding of front‑end or back‑end development (preferably both). Must have skills: Hands‑on agentic engineering skills, comfortable working with Claude Code or GitHub Copilot CLIs. Strong experience in creating reusable skills and agents.

Key Qualifications & Core Skills

• Primary Languages: Exceptional hands‑on skills in Java, Kotlin (or another JVM language), or TypeScript.
• Secondary Languages: Working knowledge of both Java and TypeScript.
• Frameworks: In‑depth understanding of Spring Boot and Angular.
• Databases: Hands‑on knowledge of at least one RDBMS and one NoSQL / Document database.
• Methodologies: Strong commitment to Test‑Driven Development (TDD) in both front‑end and back‑end environments.
• CI/CD: Working knowledge of at least one continuous integration system (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub Actions).
• Professional Experience Lifecycle Experience: Lived through implementing, supporting, and iterating on at least one enterprise system for 5+ years.
• Leadership: Proven experience in hiring, mentoring, and growing engineering talent.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have / Domain Expertise

• Healthcare Systems: Knowledge of healthcare software (e.g., EPIC, Cerner Millennium, OpenEMR) and open standards (HL7, FHIR).
• Domain Knowledge: Domain expertise in Oncology and General Practice Management is highly appreciated.
