Senior Java Full Stack Developer (with React) - Pune (Fully Office)

Our program started as the migration of the financial instruments trading legacy mainframe system to a new, highly scalable platform. The success of this migration has established it as the strategic platform providing comprehensive advisory services for one of the world's largest financial institutions. This has attracted further investments in legacy system migrations and technical enhancements. Currently, our teams are spread across several locations including Weehawken, Wroclaw, Toronto, and Pune.

We are reengineering existing applications and introducing an additional application interface layer to enable querying underlying data from third-party applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Cover your code with tests.
2. Participate in backlog refinement, planning, and demos.
3. Clarify requirements with stakeholders.
4. Participate in solution architecture design and implementation.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Full-stack software development experience is essential.
2. Strong front-end skills with JavaScript and React (3+ years).
3. Extensive experience with Java 7 and 8 (6+ years) in web-based and API development.
4. Practical SQL experience.
5. Experience with MS Azure or other cloud platforms.
