Responsibilities

• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Extensive experience with LLM frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience with large‑scale data processing using Spark.
• Version control and experiment tracking using Git and MLflow.
• Software engineering with Python, Go or Rust, microservices architecture, test‑driven development and concurrency processing.
• DevOps and infrastructure experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm) and service mesh implementations.
• LLM serving and deployment skills using platforms such as vLLM and FastAPI, model quantization techniques, and vector database management.
• MLOps expertise: containerization strategies for ML workloads, model serving tools like TorchServe or TF Serving, and automated model retraining.
• Strong grasp of advanced cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and network security for ML systems.
• Experience developing chatbots, recommendation systems, translation services, and optimising LLMs for performance and security.
• Creation of logical design documents for the provided architecture.

Required Skills

• Experience with GenAI / LLM engineering, including Python, FastAPI, microservices, Kubernetes, RAG, and vector database technologies.

This role requires 4–8 years of experience in AI/ML or a related field and is intended for a Senior Associate level position.
