Job summary

LetzBizz is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our Chennai team on-site (Chennai - Teynampet). The ideal candidate will have 7–12 years of hands-on Java development, strong skills in Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, and a solid track record delivering robust applications.

Responsibilities include building scalable services, implementing secure RESTful APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8+, J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Proficient in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and TDD.
• Git version control experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Java applications using microservices.
• Implement RESTful APIs with secure authentication (OAuth/JWT) and ORM (Hibernate/JPA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in CI/CD and testing.
• Optimize SQL queries and work with MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Adhere to Agile methodologies and quality standards.

Senior Java Developer – Chennai

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in Java Development with a strong track record in building and delivering robust applications.
• Expertise in Core Java, Java 8+, J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ORMs (Hibernate, JPA), Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands‑on experience in automation testing using JUnit, Mockito, and Selenium.

• Exposure to Generative AI technologies, OpenAI APIs, and GPT-based models.
• Working knowledge of MongoDB, NoSQL databases, Python, or JavaScript/Node.js.
