Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru is seeking a senior backend engineer to design and build scalable services using Java and Spring Boot. You will own the end-to-end delivery of microservices, APIs, and cloud deployments.

You will work with cross-functional teams, apply design thinking, and mentor IC contributors while ensuring code quality, performance, and reliability on AWS.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Java development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices.
• Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
• Good understanding of design patterns and design thinking.
• Ability to work as an Individual Contributor (IC).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
