Job summary

Connor Group in Pune region seeks ITGC-focused professionals to support complex financial and IT controls engagements. The role involves managing client interactions, defining audit approaches, and delivering ITGC testing across SaaS and in-house systems.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in ITGC, experience with NetSuite, Workday, SFDC, Coupa, and SOC 1 familiarity. Travel up to 25% is required; hybrid work options may be available.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in ITGC space.
• Experience with SaaS technologies and ITGCs in engineering environments.
• SOC 1 reports experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Project management and ability to interact with client and external audit teams.
• Ability to understand and plan a typical audit approach.
• Strong understanding of ITGC domains including user access provisioning, change management and IT operations.
• Identifying and documenting system risk.
• Leading ITGC controls assessments and developing implementation roadmaps.
• Documenting ITGC controls and policies.
• Performing ITGC controls walk-throughs and testing.
