Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Analyst Applications (Senior Lead Field Mobile Developer) to join Applications Development & Intelligence Automation -CAT IT Division. The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore PSN office - Whitefield, KA-India.

What You Will Do

A Senior Mobile Developer (Field/Field Service Focus) leads the design, development, and implementation of robust mobile applications, ensuring high performance, stability, and offline functionality for field-based teams. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intuitive UIs, mentor junior developers, and implement cutting‑edge technology to optimize field operations.

• Technical Leadership: Lead the technical design, development, and maintenance of .NET applications (.Net Core, .Net Framework, WinForms, WPF ASP.NET, MVC, MVVM, MS SQL,REST, JavaScript, jQuery, EF Core) tailored for field operations.
• Offline Capability: Develop features that support data synchronization and functionality in low-connectivity environments.
• Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and ensure the high performance and responsiveness of mobile apps.
• Collaboration: Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs, and with product teams to translate user requirements into functional code.
• Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain high-quality, documented code

What You Will Have

• Overall, of 8 years’ experience with bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development.
• Proven portfolio of deployed Android/iOS applications
• This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office.
• Shift Timing: 01:00-10:00PM IST (EMEA Shift)

Skills Desired

• Languages: Expert-level proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .Net Core, .Net Framework, MS SQL, XAML
• Platforms & Tools: Strong understanding of Entity Framework Core with MS SQL Server and version control systems like Git.
• API & Data: Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and local storage (MS SQL Loca Database).
• Architecture: Experience with MVVM or MVP architectural patterns.
