This role will serve as a bridge between Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of ERP-enabled business capabilities and continuous process improvements.The ideal candidate should possess deep experience in **Package Bill of Materials (BoM), Multi-Site BoM Management, Windchill Release-to-Production processes, Item Master setup, Routing configuration, Engineering Change Management, and Manufacturing Operations.** The role requires the ability to gather business requirements, define functional solutions, support ERP implementations, and drive process improvements across engineering and manufacturing operations.**The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore PSN Office, KA-India.**## What You Will Do### Manufacturing Engineering & ERP Process Expertise* Develop a comprehensive understanding of engineering and manufacturing business processes, including item setup, BoM management, routing configuration, engineering change processes, and production release workflows.* Analyze and document end-to-end Engineering-to-Manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization.* Support Package BoM and Multi-Site BoM management activities across manufacturing locations.* Partner with engineering teams to ensure successful
