Job summary

Design Cafe in Pune district is seeking an experienced interior designer for residential projects. The role requires hands-on design, client coordination, and delivering complete interior concepts.

You'll work with AutoCAD and Google SketchUp, creating sketches, floor plans, and idea boards, and communicating design proposals clearly to clients. A Diploma or B.Arch and 3+ years of relevant experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential interior projects.
• Modular interior experience is a must.
• Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Experience in handling clients and managing projects independently.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Google SketchUp.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients regularly to assess requirements and discuss designs.

Job description

Our maximum budget for the role is 5-6.5LPA.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Assesses and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences
• Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills
• Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients
• Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.

Requirements :

• You must have min 3 plus years of experience in residential projects
• Modular Interior experience is must
• Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Experience in handling clients and handling projects independently
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently.
