Responsibilities

• Own the sales funnel and drive sales closure.
• Own customer experience during a project.
• Lead and own the quality & accuracy of design deliverables.
• Own an end‑to‑end project lifecycle.

Expertise and Qualifications

• Graduation or relevant diploma with 15 years of academic education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
• Delivered at least 5 to 6 residential projects.
• Excellent knowledge of design tools, PowerPoint presentation, and AutoCAD.
• Technical design skills: material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation.
• Experience creating BoQ for customers, coordinating with internal & external agencies.
• Sales expertise in sales closure through logical & trusted sales pitch; leading design meetings with customers.
