Role Overview

Responsible for leading electrical, instrumentation, and automation (E&I) design for pharmaceutical projects, ensuring compliance with URS, GMP requirements, and international standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver E&I design documents, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Review deliverables of team members and provide technical guidance.
  • Analyze project URS, resolve design complexities, and ensure compliance with pharma industry standards.
  • Select and specify instruments (E+H, Rosemount, etc.) and control systems (Siemens, Rockwell).
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, support sales with technical inputs, and adopt new technologies.
  • Mentor and assign work to junior engineers to improve team efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering.
  • 12-15 years of instrumentation design experience in pharma or life sciences projects.
  • Expertise in pharmaceutical instrumentation standards, validation requirements, and automation systems.
  • Strong knowledge of instrument selection, IO cards, and international brands.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
