About Business Unit:

The team drives innovation and efficiency through pioneering technology across Epsilon's platforms and business verticals. From being the first point of contact for infrastructure needs to final deployment, the team provides end-to-end solutions for our client-facing platforms. ETS supports all aspects of revenue-generating platforms for Epsilon and sets the architectural direction for our enterprise deployments. By adopting the newest technologies, such as Cloud, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence, the team is at the front of redefining our digital business and capturing new opportunities.
Why we are looking for you
- Hands-on experience with enterprise observability platforms including Grafana, ELK/Elastic Stack, OpsRamp, SolarWinds, PagerDuty and ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of Linux, Windows, Kubernetes, AWS, and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments supporting global infrastructure operations.
- Ability to improve monitoring effectiveness through alert tuning, dashboard optimization, and collaboration with SRE and platform teams.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills during major incidents and service disruptions.
- Working knowledge of automation and orchestration tools such as Python, Terraform, Ansible, or N8N.
- Comfortable operating in a 24x7 shift-based support environment.
- Exposure to technologies such as Sumo Logic, Greenplum, and database monitoring is an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Monitor enterprise infrastructure, applications, and cloud services using observability and event management platforms.
- Administer and support Linux and Windows server environments across production and non-production platforms.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using scripting and configuration management tools.
- Collaborate with application, database, network, cloud, and platform engineering teams to ensure operational stability.
- Coordinate major incident response activities, ensuring timely communication, escalation, and service restoration.
- Manage user administration, access controls, and compliance with security standards.
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor AWS services and infrastructure performance using native and third‑party monitoring tools.
- Track operational issues through ServiceNow and Jira while driving problem resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate hardware support activities with vendors and data centre partners when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 6-8 years of experience in IT Operations, NOC, OCC, Infrastructure Support, or Site Reliability Engineering environments.
- Strong expertise in Linux and Windows system administration.
- Experience supporting enterprise cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Hands‑on experience with patch management, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and ITSM platforms including Grafana, ELK, ServiceNow, Jira, and PagerDuty.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting technologies such as Python, PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Understanding of security best practices and ITIL service management principles.
- Preferred certifications include CKA, RHCE, CCNA, AWS, and ITIL v4.
