Key Responsibilities

• Create concept art for characters, environments, symbols, and UI elements.
• Develop mood boards, style frames, and visual directions.
• Explore multiple design variations and refine the final direction.
• Ensure alignment with gameplay and theme.
• Define and maintain art style and visual consistency.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and production teams.
• Mentor junior artists and provide constructive feedback.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and production constraints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in concept art for games (gaming or iGaming preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ideation and final output.
• Excellent understanding of composition, colour, lighting, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and digital painting; ability to create quick sketches and high‑quality renders.
• Understanding of game art pipelines, UI/UX basics.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in slot game development, 3D workflows, and AI‑assisted concept generation (good to have).
