Job summary

PwC is seeking an IGA Developer to implement enterprise Identity Governance & Administration solutions. You will design, configure, and extend IGA platforms while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities include designing IGA architectures, provisioning workflows, and connector configurations for AD/LDAP and databases. Strong Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP, and lifecycle management skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP APIs, and database querying.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and extend enterprise IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra).
• Lead identity lifecycle, provisioning, access requests, and certification processes.
• Configure connectors for AD, LDAP, databases, and REST-based apps.
• Develop JML workflows and automated provisioning.
• Implement RBAC models aligned with business needs.
• Create and maintain technical/design documentation.

Job Description & Summary

We are looking for an IGA Developer with hands‑on experience implementing enterprise Identity Governance & Administration solutions. The role involves designing, configuring, and extending IGA platforms while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise IGA solutions using SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra
• Lead IGA architecture for identity lifecycle, provisioning, access requests, and certifications
• Configure connectors for AD, LDAP, databases, and REST‑based applications
• Design and implement Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) workflows and automated provisioning
• Configure access certification campaigns and Segregation of Duties ( SoD ) rules
• Develop custom integrations, rules, and workflows using Java/J2EE, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs
• Implement RBAC models aligned with business needs
• Conduct requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops
• Provide effort estimations for implementation, customization, and support activities
• Prepare and maintain technical and design documentation

Mandatory Skill sets
